The mission of Threshold House is to provide a post-treatment Christian community and transitional housing for men who have completed a 12-step rehabilitation program. We walk with men who choose to live addiction-free to see those once bound by addictions set free by the power of Christ.

Saturday, March 1, 2025, please pray for Marilyn Otis, Threshold House Director, as she develops relationships with local churches and businesses and builds community support.

Sunday, March 2, 2025, Jeremy Robinson, Addiction Services Coordinator, has been helping the men of Threshold House to transition to life after Rehab. Please pray that Jeremy will be able to help the men go back to school, find employment and find their place in the community.

Monday, March 3, 2025, At Threshold House, men have the opportunity to go back to school to further their education. Please pray for volunteers to help tutor the men.

Tuesday, March 4, 2025, Threshold House is under renovations. We are currently painting and replacing carpets. We thank God for the grants we received to employ the men at Threshold House to do the renovations.

Wednesday, March 5, 2025, the cost for one man to live at Threshold House is $1000.00 per month. Many, if not all of the men come to TH on Social Development. Please pray that donors and churches will join us in sponsoring a man by donating the $350.00/month difference between what the men can afford and the cost to have them.

Thursday, March 6, 2025, Threshold House is spreading the news across NB of what TH is and how men are being set free by the power of Christ. Please pray as we go into churches, businesses and rehab centres, meeting with counsellors and potential future residents.

Friday, March 7, 2025, please pray for the continued financial support from donors. These donations are essential to continuing the ministry in Saint John, NB.

Moncton Chaplaincy works with parolees and ex-offenders living in the Moncton area, helping them to transition into healthy, active and sustainable lives in the community. We partner with individuals and organizations who have similar intentions, and especially with those who encourage growth and maturity in the life of Christian discipleship.

Saturday, March 8, 2025, pray for people in our communities, especially the most vulnerable, who are feeling fearful or hopeless because of recent political events in our world. Ask the Lord to raise up labourers of love and hope to go into today’s harvest, and that the Lord will send His Spirit down.

Sunday, March 9, 2025, please pray for the “Music from the Inside Out” project with prisoners and parolees, that it will provide inspiration and hope for many through shared stories and the creative arts.

Monday, March 10, 2025, please pray for continued and deepening cooperation between member churches in the Body of Christ and between Christian organizations and local community groups to build a more effective and sustainable network of caring persons to support the most vulnerable in NB.

Tuesday, March 11, 2025, please pray for an increase in desire for more offenders to find and join Christian fellowships and groups to help them break out of mental and spiritual isolation, and for a multiplication of small Christian fellowships for o􏰀enders to be welcomed into.

Wednesday, March 12, 2025, please pray for healing between offenders and their families and especially for relationships to be restored between parents and children o􏰀enders, and between offender parents and their children.

Thursday, March 13, 2025, please pray for more congregations to become conscious of the presence of offenders and their special needs and gifts in their communities and for guidance for churches to find ways to reach out and welcome the formerly incarcerated.

Friday, March 14, 2025, please pray for Moncton area sexual offenders, especially those working with CoSA NB, that they will receive the support they need to find healing and purpose to change and move forward in a new life.

The CoSA mission is to substantially reduce the risk of future sexual victimization by assisting and supporting released individuals in their task of integrating into the community and leading a responsible, meaningful and accountable life.

Street Hope Peterborough is a Chaplaincy Ministry that offers practical and spiritual care to some of the most troubled people in our community. It is our desire to help bring about meaningful change into the lives of broken people and to be used by Jesus to share His love in practical ways to bring hope into the lives of lonely, lost, and hurting individuals. Monday, March 24, 2025, our Mercy Bags that are filled with practical items and spiritual resources like an Intouch Messenger, New Testament, and other Christian literature, have touched many lives over the past few years. As we continue to assemble and distribute these gift bags, please pray that every one of them will bear abundant, life changing fruit in many hearts.

Saturday, March 29, 2025, Threshold Ministries is currently awaiting the renewal of the Correction Services Canada contract for our prison Chaplaincy projects. Our current contract runs out on April 11, 2025. Please pray that the renewal will go though smoothly.
